Enjoy an evening filled with a four course meal and cooking demonstration! Sit back, relax and learn how to prepare a four course gourmet meal from Chef Ray Gennaro. Cocktail pairings available from Sylva from The Plant Shop of the Green Mountains Vermont. Sylva’s natural Elixirs give our cocktails amazing flavor without the sugary syrups! Learn about the importance of flavor profiles from the pros! You’ll be ready to wow your guests at your next dinner party!

Weather permitting, this class will be held on our gorgeous patio with the propane heaters fired up to keep you toasty!

Portobello Bruschetta

Garlic roasted portobello topped with pistachio pesto and creamy mozzarella enhanced with a bergamot and oregano flower elixir from The Plant Shop

Arugula salad

Red onion, strawberries, crumbled Gorgonzola, slivered buttered almonds, tossed in white balsamic vinaigrette infused with The Plant Shop’s dandelion elixir.

Saffron Seafood

Jumbo wild caught Gulf shrimp and fresh top neck clams simmered in a white wine broth, infused with The Plant Shop’s lemongrass saffron elixir. Served over fresh homemade linguine.

Apple spice crème brûlée infused with The Plant Shop’s apple cider elixir
