Garlic roasted portobello topped with pistachio pesto and creamy mozzarella enhanced with a bergamot and oregano flower elixir from The Plant Shop

Red onion, strawberries, crumbled Gorgonzola, slivered buttered almonds, tossed in white balsamic vinaigrette infused with The Plant Shop’s dandelion elixir.
